KATALIZATOR! – Open Call for Applications for the Online Startup Program

When we say “early stage,” we mean that teams need only an idea—researched well enough to convince us it has the potential for scalable growth.

The program is delivered entirely online, and during it teams will have the chance to:

• Develop a business model for their idea
• Create a value proposition
• Go through Customer Development and, via interviews, tests, and experiments, reach potential first clients
• Build a Low-Fidelity MVP
• Pitch to regional investment funds

From idea to—hopefully—first customers, users, or testers, participants will progress with guidance from regional experts: active members of the startup ecosystem, serial entrepreneurs, and people who run or invest in startups. Supporting our teams this year are Josipa Majić, Miro Hegedić, Filip Stipančić, Jan Kobler, Luka Prišunjak, and Peter Bruner.

The application deadline is 29 March 2023. Ten teams will be selected to work actively on their ideas from 4 April to 20 June.

The KATALIZATOR program is organized by VIRTUO and Foundation 787, with support from Swiss Entrepreneurship Program, BH TechLab, South Central Ventures, Fil Rouge Capital, ICT Hub Ventures, Falcon Venture Partners, 5th Quarter Ventures, Silicon Gardens, Vestbee, B Office, Džobs.com, and ITBase.ba.
